ABOUT THE TICKET TIERS

RESERVED SEAT - $45 PER SEAT Guarantee a seat with a great sightline!

Guarantee yourself a reserved seat (or seats, all together if you purchase them in the same transaction) with an excellent sight line. Feel free to arrive at any time, and just look for the chair(s) with your name on them! You’re also welcome to roam and grab drinks and then return, knowing your seat is your own for the whole show. The seats are folding chairs on ground level.

SEATED GA TICKETS - $40 PER SEAT Secure a first-come-first-serve place to sit!

Receive exclusive access to our first-come-first-served limited chairs throughout the venue. While this guarantees you a spot to sit, come early for the best chance at a good sightline and space to sit with friends. Please remain with your seat throughout the performance to avoid having it be overtaken by another patron. The seats are high top stools against bars and/or tables.

Roam the venue, grab drinks and watch from any angle you like. This is also the most affordable way to see a Luminesque show. Super Early Bird + Early Bird tickets are available in limited quantities, so buy early to save! This ticket is standing only and does not include a place to sit - we cannot provide seats to GA patrons day-of. Make sure you come early to get a great spot! FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Will you send me a ticket? Do I have to bring a ticket to the event?

YES, you will be emailed a QR code you’ll need to scan to get into the venue.

Are there minimum age requirements for this event?

Yes, all patrons must be 19+ to enter the venue and will need to present two pieces of valid government ID to be allowed entry.

What can/can’t I bring into the event?

Personal use of cellphones and cameras is allowed but please refrain from using flash. Remain respectful of the personal space and safety of other audience members and dancers at all times. No outside food or beverages are permitted.

Can I take and post photos of the show?

Yes, please just tag @luminesquedance and/or @luminesquevictoria when you do so! We reserve the right to ask for any unkind posts to be taken down.

How do I contact the organizer?

Email [email protected] and allow 72 business hours for a response.

What is the refund policy?

We are not able to offer refunds at any time, so please sell them to another patron and make sure you provide them your QR code so they can be scanned into the venue.

ACCESSIBILITY

It is with our deepest apologies that we acknowledge that the Capital Ballroom is not a wheelchair accessible venue. We do reserve some seated options for those with other mobility requirements, so please contact [email protected] to arrange those should a seated ticket not be available to you.
